GreenTech Environmental products are sold to customers by stores and e-commerce sites throughout the USA as well as in international markets. Each point of purchase has its own return and exchange policy. Please directly contact the place that you purchased the item for help and support.
Don’t take it back to the store. Please call the Customer Service people in Tennessee directly should a product you take home not work when you first remove it from the box. They are highly competent to help get you up and your product performing 100% quickly. Yep, and they are friendly too.
